摘　　要：论文主要探讨郁证性目疾的因机证治。举凡目干目涩、目糊目昏目暗、视物不明、目痛目胀、目赤、目泪、目盲、目张不得瞑、胞轮振跳、目劄以及不耐久视等,其病因概可由七情不遂所致。郁证性目疾除了上述种种眼目局部症状外,常可伴有情志类临床表现以及其它一系列纷繁复杂的躯体症状。郁证性目疾病位涉及五脏,病机主要在于肝心之用有余而肝心之体不足,还可见到心脾、肝肾、脾胃、肝肺亏虚以及痰涎瘀血等。治疗用药需要从郁论治或兼顾从郁论治。郁证性目疾可见于现代医学之抑郁症、焦虑症、功能性视力障碍等精神障碍类疾病及精神心理因素相关的良性特发性眼睑痉挛、视疲劳、干眼症、青光眼、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变等疾病。This paper mainly discusses the causes,mechanism,syndromes and treatments of ophthalmic diseases caused by depression syndrome.A variety of clinical manifestations,such as eye dryness,visual deterioration,giddiness,blurred vision,ophthalmalgia,eye swelling,bulbar conjunctiva congestion,lacrimation,blindness,eyelid insufficiency,blepharospasm,frequent eye blinking and eyestrain,can be caused by imbalanced emotional factors.In addition to the eye symptoms mentioned above,ophthalmic diseases due to depression syndrome could manifest as a series of emotional manifestations and complicated somatic symptoms.The location of the disease involves the five Zang-organs.The main pathogenesis lies in the excessive usage in the function of liver and heart while insufficiency in their natures.Meanwhile,Deficiency of heart and spleen,liver and kidney,spleen and stomach,liver and lung,and the phlegm and stasis also play a roll in it.An integrated treatment based on the theory of depression should be taken into account.In modern medicine,mental disorders such as depressive disorder,anxiety disorder,functional vision disorder,and benign essential blepharospasm,asthenopia,xerophthalmia,glaucoma,central serous chorioretinopathy,which is closely related with psychological factors,may result in TCM ophthalmic diseases due to depression syndrome.
