何泽云运用宣降肺气法治疗慢性肾脏病经验

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(CKD)是各种原因引起肾脏的慢性损害的总称,目前临床尚特效疗法。何泽云教授认为,CKD属本虚标实,在疾病发展过程中多伴随水液代谢异常。肺为水之上源,故何教授从肺论治,交通上下,以恢复水液正常输布,临床常在辨证基础上加用具有宣降肺气的药物,对于肺气机失调的CKD患者,收效明显。并附验案2则,以资佐证。Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a general term for chronic damage to the kidney caused by various causes.At present,clinically effective therapies are still available.Professor HE Zeyun believes that CKD is a virtual reality and is often accompanied by abnormal water and fluid metabolism during the development of the disease.The lung is a source above the water.Therefore,Professor He treats the lungs and transports up and down to restore the normal distribution of water and fluids.Clinically,he adds a drug that lowers lung air on a dialectical basis.The effect is obvious.Attach 2 inspection cases to support the evidence.
