怡情滋肾健脾汤对卵巢储备功能低下的体外受精-胚胎移植患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟怡情滋肾健脾汤对卵巢储备功能降低的肝郁肾虚型体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)患者妊娠结局影响。方法:将既往行1 次以上IVF-ET失败的卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)且中医证型为肝郁肾虚型患者52例,在再次辅助生殖进周前3个月,自月经周期第5天开始每月加服中药怡情滋肾健脾汤21 剂,连续治疗3个月经周期后,观察患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、基础FSH、LH、FSH/LH、E2、窦卵泡数、再次行辅助生殖的获卵数、可供移植囊胚数及妊娠率。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后血清基础FSH、LH 水平及 FSH /LH均降低;E2水平,窦卵泡数、获卵数、可供移植囊胚数均升高;治疗前后中医证候积分显著改善;妊娠率较前提高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:怡情滋肾健脾汤可以改善卵巢储备功能,是治疗卵巢储备功能低下的IVF-ET患者可供选择的方药。Objective:To observe the effect of self-made Yiqing Zishen Jianpi Decoction on the pregnancy outcome of patients with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency type in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods:Fifty-two patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) who had failed IVF-ET and had TCM syndrome of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency were used 3 times before menstruation again,On the 5th day of the cycle,start to take 21 doses of Yiqing Zishen Jianpi decoction every month for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Observe the TCM syndrome score,basic FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,and sinus before and after treatment The number of follicles,the number of eggs retrieved for assisted reproduction,the number of blastocysts available for transplantation,and the pregnancy rate.Results:Compared with before treatment,serum basal FSH,LH levels and FSH / LH were decreased after treatment;E2 level,sinus follicle number,number of eggs obtained,and number of blastocysts available for transplantation increased;TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment Significantly improved;pregnancy rate increased compared with the previous,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Yiqing Zishen Jianpi decoction can improve ovarian reserve function,and it is an alternative prescription for treating IVF-ET patients with low ovarian reserve function.
