复方玄驹胶囊联合针灸治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕症

摘　　要：目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊、针灸联合克罗米芬对肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将103例肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分为2组,观察者51例,给与复方玄驹胶囊+针灸+克罗米芬治疗;对照组52例,给与克罗米芬治疗。治疗3个周期后,观察2组患者治疗后的hCG日子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡直径、周期排卵率、妊娠率及中医证候改善情况等指标。结果:治疗后观察组hCG日子宫内膜厚度、周期排卵率、妊娠率及中医证候改善情况均优于对照组,而2组优势卵泡直径比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:复方玄驹胶囊+针灸+克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕症,能够增加子宫内膜厚度,提高排卵率及妊娠率,同时还可明显改善患者肾阳虚中医证候。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fufang Xuanju Capsule,acupuncture combined with clomiphene on infertility due to ovulation disorder of kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:103 patients with infertility due to kidney-yang deficiency type were randomly divided into 2 groups,51 of which were treated with compound Xuanju capsules+acupuncture+clomiphene;52 cases of control group were treated with clomiphene.After 3 cycles of treatment,the endometrial thickness,predominant follicle diameter,periodic ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and TCM syndrome improvement were observed in the 2 groups of patients after treatment.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,and TCM syndrome improvement of hCG day in the observation group were better than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the follicular diameter between the two groups.Conclusion:Fufang Xuanju Capsule+Acupuncture+Clomiphene for the treatment of infertility due to kidney yang deficiency type can increase endometrial thickness,increase ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and can also significantly improve the symptoms of kidney yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.
