摘　　要：尿路结石是泌尿外科的常见疾病,具有高发病率和高复发率的特点,临床上多导致尿路梗阻、感染等,严重者甚至危及生命,由于现代治疗技术受到一定限制,目前尚无令人满意的干预手段[1]。因此,如何减少尿路结石的形成及复发,是尿路结石防治的关键所在。中医体质学说认为体质是疾病发生的内在因素之一,与疾病的发展变化及预后关系密切。目前已有研究表明尿路结石的发病与中医体质有关。由于中医具有治未病的特点,因此若能将中医体质学说与治未病理念结合,针对不同体质人群进行尿路结石的防治,做到早发现、早干预、早治疗,达到节约医疗资源,减轻患者病痛及负担的目的,具有重要的研究意义。该文从中医体质的角度探讨尿路结石的防治,为临床干预提供思路。Urinary calculi is a common disease in urology.It has the characteristics of high morbidity and high recurrence rate.It often causes urinary tract obstruction,infection,etc.in severe cases,even life-threatening.Due to certain limitations of modern treatment technology,there is currently no Satisfactory intervention [1].Therefore,how to reduce the formation and recurrence of urinary tract stones is the key to urinary tract stones prevention and treatment.The theory of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine believes that constitution is one of the intrinsic factors of disease occurrence,which is closely related to the development and change of disease and prognosis.Studies have shown that the incidence of urinary tract stones is related to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Because Chinese medicine has the characteristics of treating disease,if the theory of constitution of Chinese medicine is combined with the concept of treating disease,the prevention and treatment of urinary tract stones can be targeted at different physical populations,so that early detection,early intervention and early treatment can be achieved to save medical resources.The purpose of reducing the patient’s pain and burden has important research significance.Therefore,this article will discuss the prevention and treatment of urinary tract stones from the perspective of TCM constitution,and provide ideas for clinical intervention.
