温肾纳气穴位贴敷法治疗小儿遗尿(肾气不足型)临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温肾纳气穴位贴敷法治疗小儿遗尿(肾气不足型)的临床效果并对其安全性进行评估。方法将68例遗尿患儿随机平均分为2组,试验组采用“温肾纳气穴位贴敷法”对患儿进行治疗,7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。对照组采用药物口服去氨加压素治疗,治疗3个疗程。结果试验组34例中,有效23例,显效9例,无效2例,复发0例,总有效率为94.12%;对照组34例中,有效13例,显效15例,无效4例,复发2例,总有效率为82.35%,二者相较,试验组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温肾纳气穴位贴敷法治疗小儿遗尿(肾气不足型)效果较好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming kidney and inspiration acupoint application in the treatment of enuresis in children(kidney qi deficiency type)and to evaluate its safety.Methods 68 children with enuresis were randomly divided into two groups on average.The experimental group was treated with warming kidney and inspiration acupoint application.7 days as a course of treatment for 3 courses of treatment.The control group was treated with oral desmopressin for 3 courses.Results Of the 34 cases in the experimental group,23 cases were effective,9 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were ineffective and 0 cases recurred,the total effective rate was 94.12%.Of the 34 cases in the control group,13 cases were effective,15 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were ineffective and 2 cases were recurred,the total effective rate was 82.35%.Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming kidney and inspiration acupoint application method is effective in the treatment of enuresis in children(kidney qi deficiency type),and it is worth popularizing.
