中药熏洗联合活血化瘀方治疗痔疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗联合自拟活血化瘀方对痔疮患者的意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市肛肠医院就诊的80例痔疮非手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规西医治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用中药熏洗联合自拟活血化瘀方对痔疮进行治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为92.5%,对照临床有效率为77.5%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痔疮患者采取中药熏洗联合自拟活血化瘀方进行治疗,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with hemorrhoids were selected,40 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis prescription on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,the effective rate of the control group was 77.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of hemorrhoids has significantly clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
