生大黄贴敷神阙穴在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生大黄贴敷神阙穴配合莱菔子热熨,预防经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后患者腹胀便秘的效果。方法选取2015年1月—2019年12月收治的行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后患者100例,随机分为试验组50例,对照组50例;在临床护理方法相同的基础上试验组采用生大黄加75%酒精调贴敷神阙穴配合莱菔子热熨。结果2组患者腹胀便秘发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组发生腹胀便秘发生率明显低于对照组。结论生大黄贴敷神阙穴配合莱菔子热熨有效地预防经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术后患者腹胀、便秘,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of raw rhubarb on Shenque(RN8)combined with rapesseed ironing on preventing abdominal distension and constipation after percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 100 patients who were selected after percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019,which were divided randomly into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of the same clinical nursing methods,the control group adopted raw rahubard and 75% alcohol to Shenque(RN8)combined with the ironing.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension(P<0.05).And constipation rate of the experimental group was significant lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of raw rhubard on Shenque(RN8)combined with rapesseed ironing can effectively prevent abdominal distension and constipation after percutaneous nephroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and promote the recovery of patients.
