肾旋转不良合并糖尿病出现血尿1例报道及诊断思路分析

摘　　要：血尿是临床常见症状之一,引起血尿原因较多,目前尚未见有糖尿病合并肾旋转不良并输尿管损伤出血病例报道,此外肾旋转不良尚无发生率统计数据。本文对肾旋转不良合并糖尿病的血尿单病例诊治思路进行分析,但糖尿病与肾旋转不良是否具有关联,尚待进一步研究。Hematuria is one of the common clinical symptoms,and there are many causes of hematuria.At present,no cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with renal malrotation and ureteral injury and bleeding have been reported.In addition,there is no statistical data on the incidence of renal malrotation.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of hematuria in patient with renal malrotation complicated with diabetes mellitus were analyzed.However,whether diabetes is associated with malrotation of kidney needs further study.
