中药敷贴涌泉穴联合中医综合护理对肾阳虚衰型糖尿病足的意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟药物敷贴涌泉穴联合中医综合护理对肾阳虚衰型糖尿病足的意义研究。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在大连市中医医院就诊的80例肾阳虚衰型糖尿病足患者,均予以自拟药物敷贴涌泉穴,随机分为对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用中医综合护理,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为80.0%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾阳虚衰型糖尿病足患者采取自拟药物敷贴涌泉穴联合中医综合护理,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of Chinese medicine application at Yongquan(KI1)combined with comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic foot with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods 80 cases of diabetic foot with kidney-yang deficiency in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.They were treated with Chinese medicine application at Yongquan(KI1).40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 40 cases in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effective rate was 95.0% in the experimental group and 80.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine application at Yongquan(KI1)combined with comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic foot with kidney-yang deficiency has significant effect and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
