中医综合护理干预促进剖宫产术后康复临床观察  

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Promoting Rehabilitation after Cesarean Section

摘　　要：目的观察中医综合护理干预在剖宫产术后康复中的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月—2019年3月行剖宫产术的60例产妇进行观察,按照入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理干预,对照组实施中医综合护理干预,护理后对比2组产妇的相关临床指标、睡眠质量、泌乳情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量优良率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组泌乳障碍发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,明显低于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理干预可在剖宫产术后康复中发挥良好的临床护理效果,能改善产妇的睡眠质量,促进乳汁分泌,缩短产妇术后恢复时间,进而提升其对护理工作的满意程度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in rehabilitation after cesarean section.Methods 60 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were observed and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.After nursing,the related clinical indicators,sleep quality,lactation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of sleep quality in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lactation disorder in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than 13.33% in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can play a good clinical nursing effect in the rehabilitation after cesarean section,improve the sleep quality of parturients,promote milk secretion,shorten the recovery time of parturients after operation,and then enhance their satisfaction with nursing work.
