中医“截疟法”防治新型冠状病毒肺炎方案思路探讨

摘　　要：本文根据国家《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版)》的临床分型,采用中西医结合进行病证机理分析。新型冠状病毒肺炎具有传染性强、病气相同、病位相同、病证相似、疾病进展快且急重,属于中医瘟疟病类型。依据中医“截疟法”提出了在发病期“祛邪扶正”,在预防期“扶正祛邪”,实施分型分期防治策略,拟为防治新型冠状病毒肺炎中医方案的修善提供参考。In this paper,according to The Clinical Classification of Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(Trial Version 5),the mechanism of disease and syndrome was analyzed by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.The COVID-19 is highly infectious,has the same disease gas,the same disease location,the disease syndrome is similar,the disease progresses quickly and is urgent,belongs to the type of traditional Chinese medicine malaria.According to the traditional Chinese medicine method of“preventing malaria”,it is suggested that the main pathogenic factors should be eliminated,followed by strengthening the body.Treatment strategies in the prevention phase are the opposite of those in the onset phase.The prevention and treatment strategy of classification and staging was carried out to provide reference for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine programs for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
