中药穴位离子导入护理在小儿急性上呼吸道感染合并心肌损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药穴位离子导入护理在小儿急性上呼吸道感染合并心肌损伤中的影响。方法选取收治的急性上呼吸道感染伴有心肌损伤的66例患儿。随机分为试验组和对照组,每组33例,其中对照组采用西医常规疗法及护理,试验组加用中药穴位离子导入护理进行治疗。对2组患儿中医症状积分及心肌酶谱指标变化进行观察,并对比2组临床疗效。结果试验组中医症状积分下降更显著(P<0.05);试验组LDH、CK和CK-MB指标下降更明显(P<0.05);试验组临床总有效率为90.91%,对照组临床总有效率为75.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位离子导入护理对小儿急性上呼吸道感染所诱发的心肌损伤有明显治疗作用,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint ion introduction nursing on acute upper respiratory tract infection with myocardial injury in children.Methods Sixty-six children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and myocardial injury were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group had 33 cases.The control group used western medicine conventional therapy and nursing,and experimental group also received Chinese medicine acupuncture point ion introduction nursing for treatment.The changes of TCM symptom score and myocardial enzyme spectrum in the two groups were observed,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM symptom score of the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05).LDH,CK and CK-MB indexes in the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 90.91% in the experimental group and 75.75% in the control group,and the difference had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint ion introduction nursing of has obvious therapeutic effect on myocardial injury induced by acute upper respiratory tract infection in children,which is worthy of clinical application.
