摘　　要：目的探讨加味消毒饮冲洗创面联合负压封闭引流系统治疗慢性感染性创面的疗效及其机理分析,提高临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2017年6月—2019年6月慢性感染性创面46例患者资料,将其随机分为对照组23例,采用生理盐水冲洗加负压封闭引流,治疗组23例,采用加味消毒饮冲洗与负压封闭引流联合治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果术后3周WBC、ESR、CRP数值、细菌培养阴性率、创面肉芽优良率等指标治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味消毒饮冲洗联合负压封闭引流装置治疗能有效促进慢性感染性皮肤软组织缺损创面的愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of modified Xiaodu drink combined with negative pressure drainage in the treatment of chronic infectious wounds,and to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods The data of 46 patients with chronic infectious wounds in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group(23 cases)and treatment group(23 cases)with normal saline irrigation and negative pressure sealing drainage.The control group received saline irrigation and negative pressure sealing drainage.The treatment group was treated with modified Xiaodu drink irrigation combined with negative pressure sealing drainage.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results WBC,ESR,CRP,negative rate of bacterial culture and excellent rate of wound granulation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group 3 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage device combined with modified Xiaodu drink irrigation can effectively promote the healing of chronic infective skin and soft tissue defects,which is worthy of clinical application.
