摘　　要：目的观察闪罐疗法治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法将50例肺炎喘嗽风热闭肺证患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合拔罐疗法。7 d为1个疗程,2组患儿分别观察2个疗程。比较2组患儿的综合临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿综合临床疗效优于对照组,退热时间及咳嗽缓解时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论拔罐疗法联合西医常规治疗能明显缩短小儿肺炎喘嗽的疗程,值得推广。Objective To observation the clinical effect of quick cupping therapy in the treatment of pneumonia asthma in children.Methods 50 children with penumonia were divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was combined with quick cupping theraphy.The clinical effect was observed.Results The treatment group were better than the control group in clinical effects,and antipyretic time and cough relief time significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion Quick cupping combine with conventional western medicine have a good clinical effect,and is worthy clinical promotion.
