戴永生教授应用“实脾以治肝”理论治疗慢性乙型肝炎思路初探

摘　　要：戴永生教授为全国名中医及贵州省名中医,第五批及第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。长期从事肝胆脾胃疾病的诊治50余年,尤其应用五行辨治学说治疗疾病,具有很高的造诣。慢性乙型病毒性肝炎为我国高发疾病,本文通过对戴永生教授应用五脏生克制化的五行辨证思想对本病治疗的梳理,为中医治疗慢性乙肝提供新的思路。Professor Dai Yongsheng is the instructor for inheriting the academic experience of the famous Chinese medicine practitioners in China and Guizhou Province.He has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach for more than 50 years and especially applied the theory of five elements to treat diseases,which has a high accomplishment.Chronic viral hepatitis B is a high incidence disease in China.This article provides a new idea for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with traditional Chinese medicine by combing the treatment of the disease by Professor Dai Yongsheng’s five elements of restraint of the five internal organs.
