摘　　要：近年来,农村集体建设用地的重要资产价值以及使用权价值不断地凸现出来。但是,在目前农村集体土地入市过程中依然面临着一些突出的困境。本文中将在简要分析农村集体土地入市面临的困境基础上,重点对解决困境的具体对策进行探索。In recent years,the value of important assets and the value of the right to use the rural collective construction land is constantly protruding.However,there are still some outstanding difficulties in the process of rural collective land entering the market.Based on the brief analysis of the dilemma of rural collective land entering the market,this paper focuses on the specific countermeasures to solve the dilemma.
