摘　　要：在烟叶收购工作中,开展专业化分级散叶成件收购模式探索与研究,变过去的二次加工为一次加工,着力解决烟叶农场人员、组织、时间、场地、经济利益等问题。In the work of tobacco leaf acquisition,we should explore and study the mode of specialized grading bulk leaf parts acquisition,change the past secondary processing into one processing,and focus on solving the problems of tobacco farm personnel,organization,time,site,economic interests and so on.
