摘  要:我国是大豆之乡,同时也是世界上大豆加工业发展最早的国家,早在2000多年前,淮南王刘安就发明了豆腐,可见我国大豆加工业历史源远流长。当前,我国大豆加工业实现了突飞猛进的发展,为我国国民经济的发展和人民生活质量的提升都做出了极大的贡献。在大豆加工业不断发展和推进的过程中,对大豆品质也有更高的要求。基于此,本文重点探讨和分析大豆加工业的发展以及对于大豆品质的要求等相关内容,希望本文的分析能够为相关从业人员提供有益的参考。China is the hometown of soybean,also is the world's earliest soybean processing industry development country,as early as 2000 years ago,huainan king liu an invented tofu,it can be seen that China's soybean processing industry has a long history.At present,China's soybean processing industry has achieved rapid development,which has made great contributions to the development of China's national economy and the improvement of people's living quality.In the process of continuous development and promotion of soybean processing industry,soybean quality is also required to be higher.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the development of soybean processing industry and the requirements for soybean quality,hoping that the analysis of this paper can provide useful reference for the relevant practitioners.
