摘 要:通常铁路公司在组织LKJ车载数据换装过程中,采用人工上车定时、定点、线缆连接方式进行数据换装作业,既有数据换装方式在准确性、时效性、安全性等方面难以保证,在面对数据换装环境复杂多变的场景时,具体执行过程面临越来越多的困难。部分情况下,存在临时调度命令发布时机车已出库的情况,无法通过IC卡更新LKJ的揭示数据,由地面通过电台通知司机,并由司机人为控制速度,并通过退勤分析该区段是否超速的方式存在极大安全风险。该方案解决线路上运行列车接到临时限速命令无法起控列车的问题,同时可以实现LKJ数据的无线换装。Generally, in the process of organizing LKJ vehicle-borne data reload, railway companies use manual on-board timing,fixed-point,cable connection mode for data reload. The existing data reload mode is difficult to ensure in accuracy,timeliness,safety and other aspects. In the face of complex and changeable data reload environment,the specific implementation process is facing more and more difficulties. In some cases,when the temporary dispatching order is issued,the locomotive has been delivered,it is impossible to update the revealed data of LKJ via IC card. The ground informs the driver through radio station,and the driver controls the speed artificially,and there is a great safety risk in the way of analyzing whether the section is over speed through off duty.The scheme solves the problem that the train cannot start and control the train after receiving the temporary speed limit command when it runs on the line,and realizes the wireless reloading of LKJ data at the same time.
