摘 要:采用单因素试验方法,通过实际测量和计算得出了典型直吹式制粉系统运行中各一次风管煤粉浓度和气流速度分配特性。结果表明,提高磨煤机动态分离器转速或关小静态分离器挡板,适当提高风煤比均可有效降低各煤粉管道间煤粉浓度和含煤粉气流速度离散程度,确保对应各燃烧器热负荷更加均衡,而磨煤机出力影响甚微。Using single factor test method,the distribution characteristics of pulverized coal concentration and gas velocity in each primary air duct of a typical direct fired pulverizing system are obtained through actual measurement and calculation. The results show that increasing the rotation speed of the dynamic separator or reducing the baffle of the static separator,increasing the air-coal ratio properly can effectively reduce the pulverized coal concentration and the dispersion degree of the gas velocity containing pulverized coal between the pulverized coal pipes,and ensure that the thermal load of the corresponding burners is more balanced,while the influence of the output force of the pulverizer is slight.
