摘 要:针对现有蓄电池检测仪器数据汇总困难的问题,设计了一种铅酸蓄电池多参数在线检测系统。该系统支持多台传感器同时测量和网络化数据收集,传感器使用交流注入法测量蓄电池内阻,并设计有温度和电压的采集电路;测得数据按照Modbus-RTU协议打包上传至上位机存储,同时该系统设计有异常电池预警机制。实验结果表明,此传感器可有效检测蓄电池的内阻,精度满足电池监控的需求。Aiming at the difficulty of data collection of existing battery testing instruments,a multi-parameter online detection system for lead-acid batteries was designed.The system supports multiple sensors for simultaneous measurement and networked data collection.The sensor uses AC injection method to measure the internal resistance of the battery and is designed with a temperature and voltage acquisition circuit.The measured data is packaged and uploaded to the host computer for storage according to the Modbus-RTU protocol.The system is designed with an abnormal battery early warning mechanism.Experimental results show that the sensor can effectively detect the internal resistance of the battery,and the accuracy meets the needs of battery monitoring.
