摘　　要：目的观察国产双层人工真皮Lando■联合自体断层刃厚皮片修复皮肤全层缺损创面的临床效果。方法选择2017至2019年国产双层人工真皮Lando■联合自体断层刃厚皮片修复皮肤全层缺损创面17例(兰度治疗组),并从同期采用单纯中厚皮片移植修复的全层皮肤缺损患者中,随机抽取17例作为传统对照组,评估患者术前、术后1个月、3个月的血常规、肝功能、肾功能以及供皮区愈合时间,植皮区外形、弹性及关节功能。结果 2组术前、术后1个月、3个月的血常规、肝功能、肾功能以及供皮区愈合时间,植皮区外形、弹性及关节功能方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产人工双层真皮Lando■联合自体断层皮片在皮肤全层缺损创面的修复中具有良好的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of domestic double-layer artificial dermis(Lando)combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft in repairing full-thickness skin defect wounds.Methods A total of 17 patients who were treated by domestic double-layer artificial dermis(Lando)combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were enrolled as Lando treatment group,at the same time,the other 17 patients wer treated by simple medium-thickness skin graft were enrolled as control group.The blood routine test,liver function and kidney of patients before operation,at 1 month and 3 months after operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover the elasticity and joint function,skin graft shape in supplying skin area and healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in blood routine test,liver function,kidney function before operation,at 1 month and 3 months after operation as well as the elasticity and joint function,skin graft shape in supplying skin area and healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The domestic double-layer artificial dermis combined with autologous split-thickness skin graft in repairing full-thickness skin defect wounds has better application value,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
