现代信息技术在胃癌术后化疗患者护理中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨多媒体、微信公众号平台等现代信息技术在胃癌术后化疗患者护理中的应用。方法选择2016年10月至2018年10月入住普通外科的胃癌术后化疗患者96例,随机分为对照组47例和观察组49例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,利用多媒体、微信等现代信息技术丰富护理干预和健康教育方法。采用问卷调查分析现代信息技术在胃癌术后化疗患者护理中的应用效果。结果出院后3个月、6个月,观察组对胃癌相关知识的知晓程度评分、掌握程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月、6个月对胃癌相关知识的知晓程度评分、掌握程度明显好于入院时(P<0.05);对照组患者并发症发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组较对照组对医护的满意程度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论利用现代信息技术改进护理和健康教育方法,不仅能显著提高患者对胃癌防治相关知识的知晓和掌握程度,还能显著降低并发症发生率,提高患者对医护工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effects of modern information technology including multimedia and WeChat public account platform in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer after postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=49).The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by health education and nursing intervention methods through modern information technology including multimedia and WeChat.Then the questionnaires were used to analyze the application effects of modern information technology in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer who received chemotherapy after operation.Results At 3m,6m after the patients were discharged from hospital,the knowing degree scores about related knowledge with gastric cancer in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly better than those on admission(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however,the satisfaction degree of patients for medical nursing in observation group was significantly improved,as compared with that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using modern information technology to improve nursing and health education methods can not only significantly improve patients’knowing and mastering degree about the related knowledge with prevention and control of gastric cancer,but also can significantly reduce the incidence rate of complications and increase patient’s satisfaction degree with the medical and nursing work.
