摘  要:将纯铜网置于纯水中加热,经硫醇修饰制备具有超疏水性能的铜网.研究反应温度、反应时间、修饰剂及修饰时间对铜网表面微结构及超疏水性能的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为24 h,用0.01 mol·L^-1的十二硫醇溶液修饰24 h,铜网具有良好的超疏水性能;对水的静态接触角为166°,滚动角为4°.扫描电镜图显示铜网表面较粗糙,覆盖有微米级颗粒物.利用该铜网进行油水分离,正己烷与三氯甲烷的平均分离效率分别为95.0%和97.7%,且可多次重复使用.Superhydrophobic copper mesh was fabricated by heating in pure water and then modified with mercaptain.The effects of temperature,heating time,modification reagents and modification time on superhydrophobic properties have been studied.The results show that when the temperature is 80℃,the heating time is 24 h,and being modified with 0.01 mol·L^-1 1-dodecanethiol for 24 h,the as-prepared mesh exhibits excellent superhydrophobic performance,with static contact angle of 166°and rolling angle of 4°.The scanning electron microscope pictures show that the surface of the copper mesh is covered with the micro particles.The average recovery rate of n-hexane and trichloromethane are 95.0%and 97.7%respectively,which can be recycled.
