摘　　要：中国积极参与北极事务无疑对俄罗斯是有利的,可以帮助俄罗斯资金匮乏、连通性差的北部和东部地区与全球经济接轨西方国家曾经长期在俄罗斯对外经济事务中起着主导作用,是俄罗斯的主要出口目的地和投资来源地。因此,1990年代和2000年代初俄罗斯经济自由化时期,中国并不是俄罗斯对外贸易和投资合作的首选。For Russia,China has long ranked second as economic partner after western countries which traditionally have played a dom in ant role in Russian foreign economic affairs.During the period of Russian economic liberalization in the 1990s and early 2000s,China was not considered as a number one priority in foreign trade and investment cooperation.It was the West which was long treated as the most promising export destination and the source of investment into the Russian economy.Now,both internal and external factors dramatically change the Ian dscape of Russian inter national economic ties.
