摘　　要：根据DHBV的C基因参考序列设计一对特异性引物建立PCR检测方法。建立的PCR方法只能特异地检出DHBV,该方法最低检出模板量为146pg。用建立的PCR方法对2015~2018年不同地区的樱桃谷鸭血清进行检测,结果发现不同鸭群中乙型肝炎的感染率差异较大,没有明显的时空分布规律。对2019年不同日龄和品种的鸭进行采样检测,结果发现樱桃谷肉鸭和麻鸭的自然感染率均较高,但不同日龄之间无明显规律。种鸭的自然感染率较低,且随着日龄的增大,感染率略有升高。鹅也可以感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒。Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)with good specificity and high sensitivity was developed to quantification of DHBV DNA.146 pg DNA of DHBV were detected by the method.There were different infection rate and no obviously spatial and temporal distribution of the sera from different areas in 2015~2018.The results showed that the infection rate of cherry valley ducks and shelducks was higher,but no changing regulation with variant age.While the infection rate of breeding duck is the lowest and there was a growing trend with age increasing in breeding ducks.Duck hepatitis B virus was existed in some goose.
