摘 要:目的为高效回收利用环境控制与生命保障系统(环控生保系统)的卫生废水,探讨离子交换树脂与强氧化性预处理剂之间的相容性。方法通过物理结构和化学结构的定性分析,吸附性能和钙容量的定量分析,综合评价该型离子交换树脂与强氧化性预处理剂的相容性。结果形貌、元素、强度分析证明离子交换树脂物理结构稳定;红外和热重分析证明其化学结构稳定;2.5L离子交换树脂能有效处理约170L卫生废水,证明其吸附性能良好;钙容量为0.44mmol/mL,证明其与强氧化性预处理剂之间的相容性较好。结论本文方法可为环控生保分系统水资源利用提供参考;001×7型离子交换树脂可提升水回收效率,实现空间水资源的循环利用。Objective To recycle the sanitary wastewater in Environmental Control and Life Support System(ECLSS),the compatibility of ion exchange resin and the pretreatment agent with strong oxidation need to be studied.Methods The compatibility of the ion exchange resin with strong oxidation pretreatment agent was comprehensively evaluated through the qualitative analysis of physical structure and chemical structure,the quantitative analysis of adsorption performance and calcium capacity.Results Morphology,element and strength analysis showed that the physical structure of ion exchange resin was stable.Infrared and thermogravimetry analysis showed that its chemical structure was stable.Two point five L ion exchange resin could effectively treat about 170Lof sanitary wastewater,which proved that its adsorption performance was generally met.Calcium capacity was 0.44 mmol/mL,which proved that its compatibility with strong oxidizing pretreatment agent was generally met.Conclusion The method in this paper can provide reference for the utilization of water resources in ECLSS and the ion exchange resin can improve the efficiency of water recovery and realize the recycling of space water resources.
