摘 要:郑州奥体中心体育场为6万座大型体育场,体育场屋盖钢结构南北向约为291.5 m,东西向约为311.6 m,最大悬挑长54.1 m。屋盖钢结构由全球悬挑长度最大的大开口车辐式索承网格结构、双层网架、平面桁架和我国跨度最大的弧形三角形巨型桁架连廊4个部分组成。针对大开口车辐式索承网格结构,通过对静力性能的8项主要影响因素进行参数分析,获得优化的结构方案;借助几何和材料双非线性全过程分析确定内环杆为结构的稳定敏感区;结合屋面体型考虑极端气候下积雪的不利工况以保证结构的安全性;采用拆除构件法研究了结构抗连续倒塌的能力。针对三角形巨型桁架结构,采用三角形桁架上弦、双层网架下弦、内侧单层腹杆、外侧双层腹杆的布置,形成了中间开敞空间,满足建筑使用要求;采用多种工况综合考察巨型桁架的人致振动,设置调频质量阻尼器(TMD)实现有效减振。考虑施工过程时变的影响,结合BIM技术,形成了设计施工一体化技术。采用总装模型分析体育场钢结构的抗震性能,研究表明钢结构在多遇地震和设防地震作用下能保持弹性,在罕遇地震作用下可达到不屈服的性能目标,具有良好的抗震性能。The Zhengzhou Olympic Center stadium has 60 000 seats. The steel structural roof is about 291.5 m from south to north, about 311.6 m from east to west and the maximum cantilever length is 54.1 m. The steel structural roof is composed of the world’s largest opening spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid, double-layer grid, plane truss and China’s largest span triangle arc mega frame. In order to optimize the large opening spoke-wheel-type cable supported grid, eight main influence factors of static performance were studied by parametric analysis. The rigid inner ring is identified as the stable sensitive area of the structure by elasto-plastic nonlinear whole process analysis. The load case of snow under extreme climate is considered to ensure the safety of the structure. The ability of the structure to resist progressive collapse was studied by alternative path analysis. The triangular mega frame is made up of triangle truss upper chord, double layer grid lower chord, single layer inner web and double layer outer web. This kind of layout forms the open space in the middle, meeting the requirements of the building. The pedestrian-induced vibration is investigated under various working conditions, and the vibration is effectively reduced by TMD. Based on the time-varying construction process and BIM technology,the integrated design and construction technology is achieved. The seismic performance of the stadium steel structure was investigated by using the assembly model, and the results show that the steel structure can keep elastic under the action of frequent earthquakes and design earthquakes, and can achieve the performance objective of non-yielding under the action of rare earthquakes.
