摘  要:针对适用于体育场类建筑的大开口索承网格预应力空间结构体系,对此结构体系进行了施工分析,研究表明:此类结构体系的上弦钢结构为近似瞬变结构,索杆体系对其整体结构的刚度形成具有显著效应;且张拉施工的不同批次拉索间索力相互影响不容忽视,其结构性能与封闭式弦支穹顶结构差异较大。采用参数化有限元法,针对各张拉级数和张拉批数的张拉方案、各外立面钢结构卸载时机的施工方案、各斜撑安装时机的施工方案,分别进行了施工全过程仿真分析,研究了结构的整体位移、撑杆摆动、拉索索力、杆件应力以及临时支架反力等的影响;并综合考虑施工工艺可行性、经济性,得出此结构体系最佳的张拉方案为三批四级张拉方案、最佳的外立面卸载时机为外立面安装完成后、最佳的斜撑安装时机为预应力张拉完成后。并采用随机误差分析法,选取环索长度以及径向索索力作为控制目标进行耦合分析,确定了各控制项目的允许限值,并明确此结构预应力施工需进行力和位移双控。The prestressed spatial structure system of large opening cable supported grid structure is suitable to stadium buildings. In this research a detailed analysis from the construction point of view was conducted. It is pointed out that the upper chord steel structure is approximate transient structure, and the cable-strut system has a significant effect on the stiffness of the whole structure. Moreover, the relationship of cable force between different batches of cables in tensioning construction cannot be ignored. The performance of this structural system is quite different from that of the closed suspended-dome structure. Then using the parameterized finite element method, considering different tensioning series and batch number schemes, different unloading time scheme of external steel structure and different installation time schemes of bracing, simulation analysis of the whole construction process were carried out to study the effects on deformation of structure, cable force, member stress and reaction forces of temporary supporting system. Considering construction technology feasibility and economy, the best tensioning scheme is three batches and four-stage tensioning scheme, and the best unloading time of the external steel structure is after installation of the external steel structure,and the best installation time of the inclined bracing is after cable net construction. Finally, using the analysis method of random error, the length of the ring cable and the force of the radial cable are selected as control targets for coupling analysis, and the allowable limit of each control item is determined. It is found that the prestressed construction of this structure requires dual control of force and displacement.
