从技术人性化看社交媒体的伦理意蕴——以低成本电影的社交媒体宣发为例

摘　　要：按照技术负载价值的技术设计方法论学理,从社交媒体的技术设计意向结构与价值取向的交互过程出发来看,社交媒体的技术功能先在地根据自由意志互动价值需求而设计出来,走向技术人性化的技术路线实践程式,并由于自由意志互动遵循理性认知规范下的公共交往规则,形成了以责任的理性思考来实现社交媒体用户构建公共话题的局面,使得社交媒体用户具有了基于理性的公开运用的共同体归属感,规制了体现主体间性的责任伦理作为社交媒体伦理规约的成型。低成本电影的社交媒体宣发充分展现了责任伦理的现实形态,即在理性情感规约下社交媒体的大众传播情形,成为合适的案例说明。According to the methodology of technological design about technology loading value,from the view about the process of intentional structure being interactive with valuable intention in technological design,the technological function of social media is designed according to the need of value about free will being interactive pre-existently,and the technological function is moved to practical pattern of technological route.Because the interactiveness of free will follows the rule of communally intercourse under the specification of reasonal recognization,the technological function constructs situation in which the user of social media forms the public topic through reasonal thought about duty,which makes the user of social media achieves a kind of sense about belonging to community on the basis of publicly applying reason.And the situation regulates moulding of responsibility ethics becoming the ethics’regulation of social media.The publicity through social media of low-cost films shows the actual formation of responsibility ethics,which is the situation about mass communication of social media under the regulation of reasonal emotion,so it is the appropriate case explanation.
