摘  要:通过钢筋粘结锚固试件的拉拔试验,研究分析了掺沙漠砂混凝土以混凝土强度等级、钢筋锚固长度、沙漠砂替代率、钢筋直径和保护层厚度等五个因素影响下,分别探究随着影响因素的变化,掺沙漠砂混凝土与HRB400钢筋的粘结应力的变化规律。研究表明:掺沙漠砂混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能在混凝土强度等级、钢筋锚固长度、钢筋直径、保护层厚度等影响因素与普通钢筋混凝土基本一致。并验证了普通砂钢筋混凝土的粘结应力计算公式可适用于掺沙漠砂混凝土的粘结应力计算。Through the pull-out test of steel-reinforced anchor specimens,the effects of five factors including concrete strength grade,steel anchorage length,desert sand replacement rate,steel bar diameter and protective layer thickness are studied. The change of influencing factors,the change law of the bonding stress of desert sand concrete and HRB400 steel are analyzed. The research shows that the influencing factors of concrete strength grade,steel anchorage length,steel bar diameter and protective layer thickness are basically consistent with ordinary reinforced concrete. It is also verified that the calculation formula of the bond stress of ordinary sand reinforced concrete can be applied to the calculation of the bond stress of desert sand concrete.
