摘 要:针对目前三维隔震支座高度大易失稳的问题,提出一种新型三维隔震支座,其特点是通过将竖向隔震弹簧分为两段内嵌于连接水平隔震机构的上、下部结构之中,从而有效减小了支座高度,提高了隔震层稳定性。本文在系统研究了新型三维支座的工作机理、构造设计的基础上,针对竖向弹簧和新型三维支座的力学性能进行了拟静力试验,并讨论了水平剪应变、振幅、加载频率对新型三维支座竖向刚度的影响,最后基于数值分析方法对其隔震性能与传统支座的进行了对比,结果表明新型三维隔震支座具有良好的水平与竖向隔震效果。A new type of three-dimensional isolation bearing is proposed to solve the instability problem of the high isolation bearing. The bearing is characterized by dividing the vertical isolation spring into two segments embedded in the upper and lower structures connected to the horizontal isolation mechanism. This structure effectively reduces the bearing height and improves the stability of the isolation layer. On the basis of systematic study of the working mechanism and structural design of the three-dimensional bearing, quasi-static tests are carried out for the mechanical properties of the vertical spring and the new three-dimensional bearing,the effects of horizontal shear strain,amplitude and loading frequency on the vertical stiffness of the new three-dimensional bearing are discussed.The results show that the novel three-dimensional isolation bearing has good horizontal and vertical isolation effect.
