摘 要:采用敏感性分析方法,量化分析了寒冷气候区7个代表性地区农村住宅不同朝向围护结构传热系数以及窗墙面积比向对建筑能耗的影响差异,并结合全生命期收益投资比指标SIRM对围护结构各单项节能措施进行经济性评价。研究发现虽同属寒冷气候区,但各参数在不同代表性地区所表现出的对农村住宅能耗的影响程度不同,尤其是气候相对特殊的区域差异显著;寒冷地区农宅建筑节能的重点应放在非透明围护结构,尤其是对北墙和屋顶热工性能的控制上可以获得较大的节能和经济效益。This paper used sensitivity analysis to analyze the different influences of U-values of envelope structure with different orientations and window-to-wall ratio on building energy consumption for rural residential buildings in7 typical areas in cold climate zones,and used SIR_M( saving to investment ratio) method to conduct economic assessment on every single energy-saving strategy of the envelope structure.The study found that,although these seven areas are all located in cold climate zones,different parameters have different influence coefficient on the building energy consumption in these areas,especially for the areas with special climate.The key to rural residential building energy conservation in cold regions should be on the opaque envelope,particularly on the control of thermal performance of roof and north wall,bring greater energy efficiency and economic benefits.
