摘 要:搭建了2个相同尺寸的彩钢板轻质缩尺模型室作为对比实验舱,将铝箔袋封装的相变材料(相变温度17℃)贴附在实验舱内壁进行实验,测试了相变材料在上海冬季的应用效果。结果表明,相变材料对实验舱空气温度、内表面平均温度的波动都有一定的衰减效果,其作用程度与天气有关。相变材料使得通过窗户得热的平均热流减小了5.3%,也使得通过壁面散热的平均热流减小了4.35%,因此需要加强相变蓄热建筑夜间透明围护结构的保温。相变材料的使用使得温度波动幅度减小,热舒适的不满意百分数降低了10左右。对于I级热舒适时间百分比平均增加3.3,对于II级热舒适时间百分比平均增加19.0。Two light-weight reduced scale model rooms of sandwiched color steel plate with the same size were built as comparison experimental chambers.PCM( phase change temperature: 17 ℃) encapsulated by aluminum foil bag were attached to the inner wall of the PCM chamber for experiments to test the application effect of PCM in winter of Shanghai.The results showed that PCM has a certain attenuation effect on the fluctuation of the air temperature and the average temperature of the inner surface of the experimental chamber,and the effects are related to weather.PCM reduced the average heat flow of heat gain through windows by 5.3% and the average heat flow of heat dissipation through walls by 4.35%.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the insulation of transparent envelope structure of buildings with PCM heat storage at night.With the use of PCM,the temperature fluctuation range was reduced,and the percentage value of thermal comfort dissatisfaction was lowered by about 10.The percentage of grade I thermal comfort time was increased by 3.3 on average,and percentage of grade II thermal comfort time was increased by 19.0 on average.
