摘  要:绿色建筑对建筑健康性、舒适性和环境性提出了更高要求,楼板隔声性能满足要求是其基本的功能要求,但现实设计中却往往不被重视。建筑楼板作为分隔空间的构件,工程中应重视去解决楼板撞击声隔声问题。以钢筋混凝土住宅楼板为基准,考虑了弹性材料类型、厚度、质量密度、动态刚度以及浮板质量和厚度等因素,给出了不同系列浮筑楼板做法,通过理论分析和试验研究了其撞击声压级的变化,研究结果对于建筑楼板的隔声降噪设计提供了技术支撑和案例经验,对于优化改善楼板隔声性能有积极意义。The green building raises higher requirements for building health,comfort and environment,and the performance of floor insulation is the basic functional requirement,but often ignored in design.As a component of insulation,the building slab should be taken into consideration to solve the problem of impact sound insulation.Based on reinforced concrete residential floor slab,and in consideration of the resilient material type,thickness,mass density,dynamic stiffness and floating slab factors such as quality and thickness,this paper presented different series of floating floor structure,and studied the variation of impact sound pressure levels through the theoretical analysis and experimental study.The results provided technical support and case experience for the noise reduction and insulation design of building floor and had positive significance to optimize the sound insulation performance of floor slab.
