摘 要:随着绿色建筑全面推行,装配式建筑在宁夏快速发展,建筑隔声问题越发凸显。对装配式钢混组合结构的非承重复合外墙体隔声性能进行试验模拟与结果分析。使用VA One软件模拟和图表对比分析的方法,比较外墙面层构造中有无、不同吸声材料;外墙夹层构造中有无、不同吸声材料和板材的大小对复合外墙的隔声性能影响。分析可知,添加吸声材料可以提高隔声性能;多孔吸声材料以中高频吸声为主、板状吸声材料以低频吸声为主、隔音砂浆以中高频吸声为主、玻璃棉以中低频吸声为主;随着板材高度增加,隔声性能持续降低。可得出结论,住宅建筑外墙面层选择吸声系数不低于0.11的涂料,内部填充超细玻璃棉,以600 mm高LSP板为砌筑板材可以提升隔声性能和施工效率。With the comprehensive implementation of green building and the rapid development of prefabricated building in Ningxia, the problem of building sound insulation becomes increasingly prominent.This paper conducted test simulation and result analysis of the sound insulation performance of the non-load-bearing composite outer wall of the assembled steel composite structure;sued VA One software simulation and chart comparative analysis compare the presence and different sound absorption materials in the structure of the outer wall layer,and analyzed the influence of different sound absorbing materials and plate sizes on the sound insulation performance of composite exterior wall.Analysis showed that adding sound absorbing materials can improve sound insulation performance.Porous sound absorbing materials were mainly medium and high-frequency sound absorbing materials,plate-like sound absorbing materials were mainly low-frequency sound absorbing materials,acoustic insulation mortars mainly high-frequency sound absorbing materials,and glass wools mainly low-frequency sound absorbing materials.With the increase of board height,the sound insulation performance continued to decrease.It can be concluded that the exterior wall layer of residential buildings should be coated with material with sound absorption coefficient of no less than 0.11,and the interior should be filled with ultra-fine glass wool.Using 600 mm high LSP board as the masonry board can improve the sound insulation performance and construction efficiency.
