摘  要:本文基于DeST模拟的建筑热特性系数和房间基础室温,时间步长设定为更接近实际系统控制过程的短时间步长(5 min),并利用状态空间法建立的房间温度计算模型,解决建筑房间与空调末端设备热耦合的连续模拟问题。同时在考虑了多空调末端水力耦合的情况下,搭建详细的水网模型,实现建筑与空调冷冻水系统的联合模拟仿真。模拟冷冻水泵变频控制及空调末端通断控制条件下,空调供冷的控制调节过程,获得房间温度、空调的供冷量、支路的水流量、冷冻水泵电耗等数据。进一步通过实验测试,对模型进行了验证。将程序的模拟结果与实测结果对比,可知本文建立的短时间步长自动控制建筑与空调水系统耦合计算输配能耗模拟程序可靠,能够准确反映实际系统的控制调节过程和冷冻水输配系统运行能耗。This paper is based on the building thermal characteristic coefficient simulated by DeST and the room base temperature,we set short time step( 5 minutes) which is closer to the actual condition,and we apply the room temperature calculation model established by the state space method to solve the continuous simulation problem of thermal coupling between the building room and the air conditioning terminal equipment.Considering the hydraulic coupling of multiple air conditioning terminal,a detailed water network model is further constructed to realize the joint simulation of the building and air conditioning chilled water system.Under the condition of variable frequency control of the chilled water pump and the on-off control of the air conditioner,we can obtain the air conditioning cooling control process,the room temperature,energy consumption,branch water flow,and chilled water pump power consumption.The simulation program was further verified through experimental tests.Comparing the simulation results of the program with the measured results,we can see that the short-term step-size automatic control building and air-conditioning water system coupled calculation of transmission and distribution energy consumption simulation program is reliable.It can accurately reflect the actual system control adjustment and chilled water distribution system operation energy consumption.
