摘 要:近年来,随着生物材料、种子细胞以及生长因子等组织工程基本要素的深入研究以及组织构建技术的快速发展,一系列具有临床应用前景的组织工程产品相继涌现,部分产品已走上临床,一些复杂功能器官(膀胱、生物人工肝、涎腺组织)的模拟与人工构建也获得了重要进展。然而,目前的组织工程产品研发仍面临巨大挑战,一些关键技术有待突破,一些重要的基础科学问题亟待厘清。为此,国家自然科学基金委员会组织召开了以"组织工程研究的前沿与挑战"为主题的第209期双清论坛,围绕材料生物学、重要生命器官构建及类器官研究中的技术和科学问题展开深入研讨,分析了研究现状和发展趋势,凝练了我国未来重点关注和亟需解决的重要基础科学问题。Tissue and organ defects or dysfunction are major hazards to human health,and the leading cause of human disease and death.The tissue engineering that emerged in the late 1980 sis a revolutionary advancement in tissue and organ repair,opening up new ways to regenerate functional tissues or organs to achieve their defect repair.Tissue engineering is a multidisciplinary subject,and is an important exporter of molecular biology,cell biology and genetics in the field of human health.In recent years,with the research progresses on biomaterials,seed cells and growth factors,which are the basic elements in tissue engineering,and the rapid development of organizational construction technology,a series of tissue engineering products with clinical application prospects have emerged,some have been put into clinical practice,and the simulation and artificial construction of complex functional organs(bladder,bioartificial liver,salivary gland tissue)have also achieved breakthrough progress.To this end,the National Natural Science Foundation of China organized the 209th Shuangqing Forum on the theme of"The Frontiers and Challenges of Organizational Engineering Research".This forum explores the research status of organizational engineering,frontier scientific issues and development trends.Combined with China\s research status and advantages in this field,it analyzes and condenses the important basic sciences that China urgently needs to pay attention to and solve in this research direction.The forum condenses an important scientific issue around materiobiology,important life organ construction and organoid:the interaction mechanism between biological materials and host microenvironment and its role in tissue repair.On this basis,the forum condenses 10 key technical issues and important basic scientific issues that needs to solve in the field of tissue engineering in the future,including:the cells and molecular mechanisms of tissue and organ induced regeneration;the design principles of specific engineering organizations and pre
