摘　　要：民营企业融资难、融资贵问题产生的原因是多方面的,既有企业自身的问题,也有政策制度、融资渠道等不健全、不完善的因素。建立以政府部门为主导的民营企业融资中心,为企业设计融资方案,使企业的融资需求和金融机构的投资需求相匹配,解决投融资过程中的信息不对称问题,是打破民营企业融资困境的有效模式。There are many reasons for the difficulty and high cost of financing in private enterprises,including the problems of the enterprises themselves,as well as the imperfect factors such as the financing channels of policies and systems.According to the study,it is an effective model to set up a financing center of private enterprises led by government departments,design financing plans for enterprises,match the financing needs of enterprises with the investment needs of financial institutions,and solve the problem of information asymmetry in the process of investment and financing.
