摘　　要：目的全面了解哈尔滨市基层医疗卫生机构健康教育现状,为基层健康教育工作提供有针对性、可操作性的意见和建议。方法采用哈尔滨市疾控中心自行设计的《基层医疗卫生机构健康教育工作开展情况现况调查评估问卷》对哈尔滨市所辖九区九县(市)基层医疗卫生机构的277名健康教育工作人员进行现状调查,采用SPSS 17.0进行数据的整理分析。结果开展社区卫生诊断的机构达到150家,占54.2%,未开展的127家,占45.8%;有194名被调查者了解健康教育的投入资金情况,占70.0%;每次社区活动有资金预算的有230家,占83.0%;有91.7%的基层健康教育工作者每年接受相关业务培训,其中86.3%接受的为区(县)级培训,接受过市级培训的占4.3%,参与调查人员均未接受过省级培训。结论基层医疗卫生机构的健康教育工作仍有很多需要加强和改进的地方,应加大资金投入,加强对专业人员的培训力度,鼓励开发形式多样的健康教育干预工具,丰富讲座形式等。Objective To know fully about the current situation of health education in grassroots health institutions in Harbin City,and to provide targeted and feasible advice for health education at grassroots level.Methods A status quo survey was conducted among 277 health education workers in nine districts and nine counties under the jurisdiction of Harbin City with the questionnaire on health education development in grassroots health institutions designed by Harbin CDC.SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results Community health diagnosis was carried out in 150(54.2%)institutions and not yet in 127(45.8%)institutions.A total of 194(70.0%)respondents knew about the investment of health education.Totally 230(83.0%)institutions had budget for each community activity.91.7%of grassroots health education workers received relevant training every year,of whom 86.3%took part in district(county)training programs and 4.3%municipal training programs.None of the respondents had ever participated in provincial training.Conclusions Health education of grassroots health institutions needs to be further strengthened and improved.It is necessary to increase the investment,strengthen the training of professionals,encourage the development of various intervention tools for health education and enrich the forms of lectures.
