摘　　要：犯罪嫌疑人对抗审讯这一现象在讯问过程中十分普遍,这给侦查人员查清案件事实带来了一定的阻碍。因此对犯罪嫌疑人对抗审讯行为的研究十分有必要,而犯罪嫌疑人的对抗行为建立在其对抗心理之上。为了更快地查清案件事实,从犯罪嫌疑人的心理入手,探究犯罪嫌疑人对抗审讯的主要心理原因,进一步提出有针对性的讯问对策。The phenomenon of criminal suspects opposing interrogation is very common in the process of interrogation,which brings some obstacles to investigators to find out the facts of the case.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the criminal suspect's resistance to interrogation,and the criminal suspect's resistance is based on his resistance psychology.In order to find out the facts of the case more quickly,starting from the suspect's psychology,this paper explores the main psychological reasons of the suspect's confrontation with the interrogation,and further puts forward targeted interrogation countermeasures.
