摘　　要：目的观察过氧化氢对口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)消毒的持续效果。方法采用细菌培养方法,对过氧化氢消毒口腔综合治疗台水路系统的效果进行观察。结果干预前,3组手机水菌数均超标(P> 0. 05);干预后,30 g/L过氧化氢(A)组J1和J2时段、15 g/L过氧化氢(B)组和蒸馏水(C)组J1时段,持续达标天数随着消毒周期增加而延长(P <0. 05);B、C 2组J2时段持续达标天数无变化,各时段均为A组消毒持续达标天数最长(P <0. 05)。结论用30 g/L过氧化氢消毒效果优于其他2组,消毒周期的增加与消毒持续效果呈正相关。Objective To observe the continuous effect of hydrogen peroxide on the disinfection of dental unit water lines( DUWLs). Methods The bacterial culture method was used to observe the disinfection effect of the hydrogen peroxide on DUWLs. Results Before intervention,the colony numbers of 3 groups all exceeded the standard( P > 0. 05);after intervention,30 g/L hydrogen peroxide( A) group J1 and J2 period,15 g/L hydrogen peroxide( B) group and distilled water (C) group J1 period,the number of days to continue to meet the standard increased as the increase of disinfection cycle( P < 0. 05);there was no change in the number of days of continuous compliance in the J2 period of B and C groups,and each period was the longest number of days in the group A( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The disinfection effect of 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide is better than the other two groups. The increase of disinfection period is positively correlated with the continuous disinfection effect.
