摘　　要：目的评价新型冠状病毒肺炎防控关口前移措施的效果。方法通过培训考核和现场调查方式,评价新型冠状病毒肺炎防控关口前移的效果。结果感染防控指导人员、预检分诊、发热门诊、隔离病区及后勤保障等部门人员培训后考核得分依次分别为(52. 94±0. 18)、(52. 24±2. 32)、(52. 35±1. 96)、(52. 78±0. 89)和(50. 08±2. 84)分。一线抗疫人员掌握了防护用品使用的关键技术,重点防控区域的环境卫生学监测较好。一线抗疫人员未发生新冠肺炎交叉感染,其他住院患者也未发生感染。结论采用防控关口前移措施可有效防控新冠肺炎的交叉感染。Objective To evaluate the effect of the stage-gate ante displacement of prevention and control for novel coronavirus pneumonia( COVID-19). Methods By theoretical knowledge training and investigated,to evaluate the effect of the stage-gate ante displacement of prevention and control procedures for novel coronavirus pneumonia( COVID-19). Results The scores of the infection prevention and control instructors,the pre-examination triage personnel,the fever clinic medical personnel,the isolation ward medical staffs and the logistic support staffs were( 52. 94 ± 0. 18),( 52. 24 ± 2. 32),( 52. 35 ± 1. 96),( 52. 78 ± 0. 89) and( 50. 08 ± 2. 84),respectively. frontline stuffs have mastered the key technic of protective equipment,environmental hygiene monitors were good. There isn’t cross infection of COVID-19 among frontline stuffs and the inpatients. Conclusion The stage-gate ante displacement prevention and control measures can effectively prevent and control the cross infection of COVID-19.
