摘　　要：目的了解松江区养老机构消毒工作质量,为做好养老机构传染病防控工作提供依据。方法对松江区2012-2018年养老机构消毒质量监测结果进行分析。结果 2012-2018年松江区养老机构消毒质量监测年合格率为69. 70%~99. 40%,平均合格率为88. 82%;不同监测对象中,工作人员手平均合格率最低为77. 70%,其次是餐饮具,为85. 07%。不同性质养老机构中,乡镇(街道)敬老院平均合格率最低,为85. 93%。结论乡镇(街道)敬老院的消毒管理工作应引起重视,加强管理;提高养老机构工作人员手卫生和餐饮具消毒质量。Objective To understand the disinfection quality of nursing institutions in Songjiang District,and to provide basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in nursing institutions. Methods The monitoring results of disinfection quality of nursing institutions in Songjiang District from 2012 to 2018 were analyzed. Results From 2012 to 2018,the annual qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring of nursing institutions in Songjiang district was 69. 70% ~ 99. 40%,and the average qualified rate was 88. 82%. Among the different monitoring objects,the average qualified rate of staff hands was the lowest( 77. 70%),followed by tableware( 85. 07%). Among the different types of nursing institutions,the average qualified rate of the gerocomium in townships( streets) was the lowest( 85. 93%). Conclusion The management of disinfection work of gerocomium lcocated in townships( streets) should be strengthened,and the quality of hand hygiene and tableware disinfection of staff in nursing institutions should be improved.
