摘 要:渤海油田储层多为疏松砂岩,原油黏度高,油井产能低,在油井生产中若放大生产压差将会面临出砂的风险。为了进一步提高单井产能,提出了适度出砂与水平分支井相结合的单井增产技术,产能预测是实现该技术规模化应用的关键环节。水平分支井具有一个或多个分支,且地层出砂后含砂流体的流固耦合使得渗流机理更加复杂。运用等值渗流阻力法,考虑近井地带流固耦合渗流与水平分支井变质量管流耦合因素,设计了适度出砂水平分支井产能预测模型及产能预测软件。应用该模型对渤海S6油田10口井的数据进行分析预测,预测结果与实际生产指标吻合度较高。The reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield are mostly unconsolidated sandstone,the oil is heavy oil,and the productivity of wells is low.If the production pressure difference is increased,sand production risk will be faced.In order to improve productivity,the stimulation technology combining moderate sand production with horizontal branch wells is proposed.Accurate prediction of productivity of moderate sand production horizontal branch wells is the key to realize the large-scale application of this technology.Horizontal branched wells have one or more branches,which make the seepage mechanism more complicated by fluid-solid coupling.Based on the method of equivalent seepage resistance,according to the wellbore trajectory and production process of horizontal branch wells,the productivity prediction model of horizontal branch wells with moderate sand production considering fluid-solid coupling seepage in near wellbore zone and variable mass pipe-flow coupling in horizontal branch wells is established.Based on the productivity prediction model,the software is developed.The software has been applied to 10 wells in Bohai S6 Oilfield.Compared with the actual production index,the prediction result of the software is better.
