摘　　要：文章着重总结近5年来国内外环境岩土工程领域新理论、新方法与新技术的研究进展。主要包括:①环境岩土工程新理论与方法,介绍环境岩土多场多相耦合理论、环境土力学多尺度表征方法、污染体环境安全及工程特性评价方法;②环境岩土工程新技术与装备,总结污染场地勘察、探测技术与装备,污染场地工程修复技术与装备,固体废弃物资源再生利用技术与装备三方面的相关进展;③污染体环境治理典型工程案例与示范,主要包括垃圾填埋场灾害防控工程应用与实践,废弃固废堆场工程综合生态治理与示范,污染场地原位修复工程应用与示范。This work mainly summarizes the global research process of new theories,novel methods and advanced technologies in the field of environmental geotechnics for the last five years. In the paper,the new theories/methods of environmental geotechnics are introduced,it includes multi-field and multi-phase coupling theory,multiscale characterization for environmental soil mechanics,and environmental safety for pollutant and evaluation method of engineering characteristic. Based on the development of technologies and equipment for environmental geotechnics,we conclude their advances of investigation,detection and remediation applied in the field of contaminated sites,and their application in solid waste resource recycling. The successful examples with governing polluted environmental site are used to demonstrate that the technologies and equipment above is effective. These cases contain the practice of disaster prevention and control engineering in landfill,integrated ecological treatment engineer,and the application of in-situ restoration engineering for contaminated sites.
