摘 要:针对金融机具大额现金循环模块现有传动系统面对结构紧凑、精度高、扭矩大、转速快、温度高的使用要求时,经常出现传动精度降低和磨损失效的问题,在单向驱动机构中,采用了双压力角非对称塑料齿轮作为传动系统核心部件。设计了工作面35°和非工作面20°的双压力角非对称热塑齿轮,并与现有标准压力角齿轮进行了对比分析;利用Matlab仿真软件对影响非对称塑料齿轮工作齿面磨损要素进行了建模和仿真分析,在此基础上,通过测试机对齿轮磨损进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:在轮齿表面滑动磨损、热变形磨损及齿廓干涉磨损方面,工作齿面压力角增大的双压力角塑料齿轮都优于标准齿轮;工作面采用35°齿形的非对称齿轮比20°标准齿形齿轮耐磨性提高1倍以上。Aiming at the problems existing in the drive system of the large cash circulation module of financial machines and tools, the transmission precision is often reduced and the wear failure is occurred when the transmission system is required to be compact in structure, high in precision, large in torque, fast in speed and high in temperature, the asymmetric plastic gear with double pressure angle was adopted as the core part of the transmission system in one-way driving mechanism. The asymmetrical thermoplastic gear with double pressure angle of working face 35° and non-working face 20° was designed and compared with the existing standard pressure angle gear. On the basis that Matlab simulation software was used to model and analyze the factors that affect the wear of the working tooth surface of the asymmetric plastic gear, the gear wear was tested and verified by the test machine.The results show that the double pressure angle plastic gear with the increase of the pressure angle of the working face is superior to the standard gear in the aspects of sliding wear, thermal deformation wear and profile interference wear, and the wear resistance of the asymmetric gear with 35°profile of the working face is more than one time higher than that of the standard gear with 20°profile.
