摘 要:针对现有电力系统中电压无功控制调整精度差、反应速度慢以及调节过程振荡等问题,结合产业实际需求与高校技术研究,设计并实现电压无功优化控制创新应用平台。通过开发数据采集与显示模块、电压无功优化控制模块和故障闭锁与复归模块,实现工业变配电系统中电压无功的快速准确调整。该应用平台既可以扩展现有变配电控制系统的整体功能和应用效果,又可以极大提高电力系统的安全稳定运行裕度,促进电气新工科专业建设与产业应用需求之间的深入融合,为电气新工科的创新实践提供工程应用平台和实验技术支撑。In order to solve the problems such as poor precision of voltage and reactive power control,slow reaction speed and oscillation of regulation process in the power system,combined with the actual needs of the industry and the technical research of colleges and universities,an innovative application platform of voltage reactive power optimization control was designed and implemented. Specifically,based on the modular system structure and open design concept,by designing the data acquisition and display module,voltage reactive power optimization control module and fault blocking and resetting module,the rapid and accurate control of voltage reactive power is realized for industrial power distribution system. The innovative application platform can not only expand the overall function and application effect of the current power distribution experimental system,but also greatly improve the safe and stable operation margin of the power system. The platform will promote the deep integration between the electrical new engineering professional construction and industrial application requirements,and can provide engineering application platform and experimental technical support for the innovative practice of electrical new engineering construction.
