摘  要:针对传统水样采集劳动强度大、采样误差大等缺点,结合无人船机动灵活、安全性高、节省人力的水域作业的特点,设计可以搭载于无人监测船上的水质采样系统。该系统利用真空抽气泵降低采样瓶内部气压的取样方式,将外部的水样压入采样瓶中。完成了水质采样系统的硬件部分设计与设备及其配件的选型,并且利用LabVIEW平台开发水质采样系统的控制软件。使用无人监测平台搭载自动采样装置,在湖面及水库进行大量实验。结果表明,该装置成功进行无人实时采样及分时段分地点自动采样,有效提高了采样速率,降低采样难度,使采样更加便捷高效。In view of the shortcomings of traditional water samples,such as high labor intensity and large sampling error,combined with the characteristics of unmanned ships with flexible maneuverability,high safety and manpower saving water,a water sampling system that can be mounted on unmanned monitoring vessels was designed.The sampling method of the water sampling system uses a vacuum pump to reduce the internal pressure of the sample bottle,and press the external water sample into the sampling bottle under the pressure difference.After confirming the sampling method,the design of the hardware part of the water sampling system and the selection of the equipment and its accessories were designed,and the control software of the water sampling system was developed using the LabVIEW platform.An unmanned monitoring platform is equipped with an automatic sampling device for a large number of experiments on the lake and reservoir.The results show that the device successfully performs unattended real-time sampling and automatic sampling of time-division points.The sampling rate is effectively increased,the sampling difficulty is reduced,and the sampling is more convenient and efficient.
